Helping Special Needs Moms Stop the Overwhelm and Start Living Refilled.

You’re not just a special needs mom. You’re a person too.

And you deserve to feel heard, held, and full again — without guilt.
I’m Amy — life coach, mama, and your new favorite soft place to land.

I help overwhelmed special needs moms stop surviving and finally start living again.

I know what it’s like to pour every ounce of yourself into your child — and still feel like you’re falling short.

Through compassionate coaching, powerful mindset tools, and emotional support, I help special needs moms like you feel grounded, clear, and full again — even when life stays hard.

We don’t wait for the chaos to calm down. We learn to rise within it.

You don’t need to earn rest. You don’t need permission to care for yourself. You are allowed to take up space, mama — even when life is hard.
— Amy Luke

Because when you’re empty, everything around you suffers too.

You don’t need to fix your life. You just need to refill your soul.

About Me

A Special Needs Mom with her son who has Down Syndrome Autism & ADHD

I’m Amy — life coach, mama, and a woman who’s lived the chaos you're in right now.

For years, I was pouring from an empty cup.

I was surviving off coffee, guilt, and chaos while raising my incredible son — Derek — who has Down Syndrome, Autism, and ADHD. I didn’t just feel exhausted. I felt invisible.

I kept waiting for life to get easier before I gave myself permission to breathe.

Spoiler alert? That moment never came.

So instead, I did the radical thing: I chose me — right in the middle of the overwhelm.

Coaching changed everything.

Now, I help other special needs moms stop waiting and start healing — even if nothing else around them slows down.

Amy makes me feel like I’m not broken. That I’m not a bad mom — I’m just exhausted. Her voice is the one I didn’t know I needed.”

— Melissa, mom of 3, including one spicy tornado with ADHD

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I opened it. For the first time in forever, I felt like I could take a breath. This journal doesn’t guilt you into being grateful — it gives you space to be human and hopeful. I literally cried on page two. Thank you, Amy.
